  • NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF 2026 AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN THE WESTERN SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION AND WESTERN SCHOOL CORPORATION, HOWARD COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR LEASE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

    Pursuant to action taken on April 21, 2026, a 2026 Amendment to Lease with the Western School Building Corporation in the form submitted at said meeting was authorized and approved by the Board of School Trustees of the Western School Corporation, Howard County, Indiana (the “School Corporation”). The 2026 Amendment to Lease in said form was executed on behalf of the School Corporation on April 21, 2026. Dated this April 22, 2026.
