School Finance

As stewards of our community tax dollars, it is imperative we be committed to financial transparency and strategic use of the funds entrusted to us to educate and enrich the lives of the students of our community. As indicated by the state’s fiscal indicators of success (See HERE) we have a balanced budget and are in excellent financial health. We are pleased to share that we have been able to:

• Gradually increase our fund balances as a percent of expenditures by more than 10% since 2016.
• Strategically employ the use of federal funds received to accelerate learning and improve air quality.
• Recent HVAC projects in the Middle School and the High School will result in  $155,852.00 of energy savings per year.

• Provide increases in staff wages to reward, retain, and attract high-quality staff to ensure the best learning environment possible for the students we serve.
