At Western School Corporation, strong communication is an important part of supporting our students, families, and community. As we continue to build on that commitment—following our website redesign earlier this year—we’re excited to introduce ParentSquare, a new way to stay connected. 

Beginning June 1, 2026, ParentSquare will become our official communication platform. Whether it’s a message from your child’s teacher, a school update, or information about athletics and activities, everything will be in one place. 

As we make this transition, tools such as SchoolMessenger, Remind, ClassDojo, and GroupMe will be discontinued after this school year. To make sure you receive updates, please take a moment to confirm your contact information in Skyward is current, as ParentSquare uses that information for all communication. 

ParentSquare is a secure, district-managed platform designed to keep communication clear, consistent, and safe for both students and staff. Families will receive an email invitation to join ParentSquare on April 21, 2026. Once you receive it, simply activate your account and download the app to stay connected throughout the summer and into the new school year.
