Facility Usage Information - Facility Fees Category 4&5

Facility Fees for Categories 3,4,5

Classrooms/Cafeteria

$30.00 per hour with a maximum of $75.00 for three consecutive hours

 

Pool

$75.00 per hour (two hour minimum)

 

Gyms

$60.00 for one hour

$90.00 for two hours(Max)

 

Outdoor Athletic Fields

$40.00 per practice  
1 & ½ hrs  TO 2 hrs  maximum
$60.00 per game 3 hrs max

 

Auditorium 

Technician Assistant/ Aud Dir /Supervisor: $15.00/hr per pers (if needed)


-Student Assistant: $7.25/hr (or current min. wage)

Facility Fee (Fee Category 3): $50.00 for 3hrs, $25 per additional hour


Facility Fee ( Categories Categories 4 & 5):  $60.00 for 3 hrs, $25 per additional hour

                                                          

There may be additional charges including fees for a custodian.  Please contact the Assistant Superintendent with any questions.

All personnel are compensated by the Western School Corporation in accordance with provisions contained in the Master Contract for certified employees or in the Support Package for support staff.


RULES - We hereby agree to read and abide by these rules as stipulated by Auditorium: RULES AND REGULATIONS and other established policies, rules and regulations of the Western School Corporation.  These rules include:
1.    Users will assist with cleanup of any litter or mess caused by this activity.
2.    No intoxicating beverage or drugs on school property.
3.   No food or drinks will be allowed in the Auditorium or other areas as posted.
4.     User agrees to provide adequate supervision to enforce policies regarding food/drink and other regulations.
5.     Use of tobacco is prohibited on school property.   
6.    Entity making this request is responsible for any property damage or loss of equipment.
7.    Parking regulations and traffic patterns will be obeyed at all times.
8.    School employees and board members will be allowed access to the facility at all times during the scheduled event.
9.    User is responsible for security and crowd control.
10. Decorations must be fireproof shall be erected and taken down in a manner not destructive to Corporation property.
11.User may be required to present evidence of appropriate liability insurance to the limit prescribed by the Board.  
12. Charges that accrue from the use of the facility and personnel required must be paid within 30 days of the statement.

  • Intermediate:                        North of the gym in the west hallway
  • Primary/Intermediate:          Nurse’s office
  • Middle School:                     Main lobby area between cafeteria and gym and Nurse’s office
  • High School:                
    • Location #1- north wall outside of cafeteria
    • Location #2 – foyer of HS gym on east wall by concession stand
    • Location #3 – Nurse’s office
    • Location #4 – 2nd floor gym balcony entrance
  • South Gym (Administration Building):     Gym hallway west end by weight room  
  • Soccer Barn
  • Baseball Field
  • Football Pressbox
  • Softball Field
  • Football Storage Shed
